What is the warranty on a roof tile?
We have extensive pro rata weather proofing warranty, and a 15-year pro rata surface coating warranty. Check local details with your supplier.

Are your tiles normal coloured steel?
No - but they are manufactured from the same base material. Our product is better; the coating is twice the thickness and has better fade resistance.

Are metal tiles cheaper than concrete and clay?
The cost saving is in the structural support (timber). Because our roofs are lightweight they do not need as much structural support.

Can we collect drinking water?
Yes - our roofs are safe to collect drinking water off. When first installed they need two good rainfalls before collection begins

Does the roof stand up to the coastal environment?
Yes - it does and still retains our weatherproof and surface coating pro-rated warranty.

What is the minimum pitch for your products?
They range from 12 to 20 degrees depending on the profile. Check with your supplier.

Are your roofs noisy?
No - compared with other metal roofs because a tile is just over a metre long and sound waves are dampened because they cannot travel far.
